Cowdray Hall, Easebourne, West Sussex, GU29 0AW Join Sally Carmichael for a standalone introduction to somatic movement at Cowdray Hall. The three-hour workshop combines guided movement, body awareness, drawing, rest and reflection. No previous experience is needed. Tea and raw chocolate are included. The fee is £55. The booking page asks participants to arrive at 9:15am for the 9:30am start and bring comfortable clothing, a mat and a blanket.
