
February Evening Dining: The Sussex Supper @ Cowdray

Celebrate the bounties of Sussex and with an exceptional menu inspired by the Estate.
Join us on the 28th February at Cowdray Farm Shop Café to celebrate Cowdray Beef, with an evening that will showcase the very best from our herd.
Inspired by the Estate’s rich farming history and the innovations that we have made over the years. Sample Dairy Beef and beautifully marbled Cowdray Wagyu. While vegetarians can enjoy other Estate delights including wild mushrooms foraged at Cowdray. The evening starts with welcome drinks at 6:30pm, followed by seats being taken at 7:00pm.

Bread Tomato and rosemary focaccia with a Cowdray cultured butter
Starters (V) Wild mushroom croquette with celeriac puree, red vein sorrel and tarragon oil Cowdray dairy beef short rib croquette with celeriac puree, red vein sorrel and tarragon oil
Main (V) Miso roasted cauliflower steak with crispy kale, roasted tenderstem broccoli and a charred aubergine puree Cowdray wagyu ribeye, with a wagyu tallow potato terrine, roasted tenderstem broccoli, watercress puree and red wine jus
Dessert Rhubarb and custard panna cotta with toasted pistachio crumb
Tickets are £65 per person and include a three-course meal, welcome drink and bread.

Your chosen dishes MUST be PRE SELECTED, you cannot change your menu choice on the night. Cancellation policy:
Bookings are fully refundable up to seven days before the event. A 50% refund will be issued thereafter until 48 hours before the event. Any cancellation made after this will not be eligible for a refund.
